Christmas in South Dakota!

We traveled to South Dakota to celebrate Christmas
with Cory's side! Santa Claus came and surprised us all by his visit! Amelia wouldn't go near
him but Noah didn't know any better yet. Cory opened gifts for Noah and he got a tonka truck
and an old fashioned radio flyer scooter bike from G&G. Grandpa Lyle fixed it all up for Noah!

Christmas at the Lake!

We had Christmas on Saturday the 23rd with my family out at my Parents. It was a really nice day so we played outside some. Notice Mareyn's plate, she couldn't decide on which roll to have so she sampled them all!

Noah had some really nice gifts! Maddie had Noah's name and Noah had Maddie! G & G gave Noah the Walk and Rider!

Noah's First Taste of Food!

Noah is now 5 months old so we thought he
should have a taste of some table food.
So on Sunday we gave him very soupy rice cereal.
He seemed to like it but got tired of it real fast.

We had our 3rd annual sleepover at my Grandparents on Wall Lake! We had a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. We did a White Elephant gift exchange and had some pretty crazy exchanges! Thanks Grandma & Grandpa for the use of your house.

Zachary Vesta's Baptism!

Jim and Cari asked us to be Zachary's Sponsers so on December 10th we had Baptism at Oak Hill LBC.
We had a fun weekend and it was fun to have the boys together. Zachary was Born on November 17th and it will not be long before he catches up to Noah!

How Noah Got his Name!

We spent the first weekend in December with the Schuhmacher's.
This is the family I was a Nanny for when we lived in Shakopee. Cory and I both became very close to the Schuhmacher Family! They have two boys I cared for, Adam & Noah. So before our Noah was born we asked them if we could take the names of their boys and name our son! So we decided on Noah Adam! (we already have a nephew named Adam so we went with Noah for the first name)
Cory planned the weekend with Paul & Sue and surprised me! We had such a great time and it was so fun to have them finally meet Noah. We were able to take in one of Adam's hockey games while we were there. So Noah got to take in his first hockey event. Thank you Paul & Sue for such a great weekend!

Christmas Tree Shopping!

Sunday we went to Cupkie Tree Farm to pick out our Christmas Tree! Yes, I am hugging the tree! ? We only took Noah out for the picture so don't worry Grandma's we kept him warm! Santa was even there! Noah and his Daddy!

A Day With Great Grandma Bev!

Saturday we spent time in Campbell at my Grandma Bev's. Cory and my Dad worked around the house while Noah, G. Bev, and I played inside! Noah was being very generous with his smiles so we had to take some more pictures!

Noah's First Thanksgiving!

We had Thanksgiving at the Veum's in their brand new house! Maddie made a very nice sign that read "Happy Thanksgiving". There is a Turkey on her sign and it is saying "Wouldn't you rather eat ham"? We ate Turkey! Noah loves to smile! He is having some "tummy time" and was holding his head quite well. Cory and I are so thankful for the wonderful son we were given this year. He brings so much joy to our lives!

A Weekend in South Dakota!

Cory, Noah and I went to South Dakota to the Stenger's. (Cory's Sisters) It was our first family trip! Cory went pheasant hunting and Noah and I spent time with Auntie Tammy and Cousin Ashley. This was their first time to see Noah! Noah will join in the fun some day I am sure! "The Guys"Tom, Adam, Cory, Noah, Andrew and Marty with dogs Lady and Buddy.

Halloween Part 2

Cory and I carved pumpkins for Noah's first Halloween. We went to Church for "Trunk R Treating"! Noah was a Bat for Halloween. This is Noah's cousin Amelia and Cousin Conner, holding Noah!
