More Noah pictures!

Noah found these and put them on
all by himself. He loves to imitate his
daddy!

Noah and Bodin peaking out the window.
I thought this was too cute!

"Front row seat" ! Noah loves
to watch out the patio door and
he must have decided he needed a
good place to sit.

First Black eye. He fell in the tub last night and
hit the corner of his eye.

Working Hard. We often find him under his tool bench
fixing with his toy screw gun.

This one is for you Keisha!

For those of you have been wondering if we had fallen off the face of the earth, well we have not.
Keisha was about to remove me from her links list so I thought I had better get to it.
We have certainly been busy. We have officially moved as of (sometime before Christmas, I can not recall a specific date right at the moment). For those who did not know, we bought our new home in September and have had to do a few minor "things" to the house. Such as removing everything except the walls, and we even took out one of those. We have been busy and have had a wonderful crew of help. ( I will post pics of the house soon)
Noah is now 18 months, can you believe it!? He is such a character and has been a great source of entertainment for us. He is talking more everyday. Some of his favorite words are "Whoaw", he calls me "Ma ma", and has learned that his Daddy's name is "Cory" and now likes to refer to him as "Cory". (Kinda funny but we are not encouraging this.) He knows how to say "Noah" and he is often heard calling for himself as we would be calling for him.
He says cracker, all done, Amen, up, please, thank you, bub bye, love you, bum pa for Grandpa.
I heard him copy me say "What are you doing" which came out more like "what you duin".
He likes to walk around with the phone and we often hear him say "Hi" and jib jabber away.
Anyway, I could brag all day long about my little man!
Added some random pics from the past month. The first picture is the view from our front door the first morning after we had moved in. It was a sunny winter day with all the trees covered with ice and snow. I thought it was pretty and enjoyed the beautiful view God placed in front of me that very morning.

Noah is always trying to be in on the action and
likes to bring his toy tools over and help.

Just one of the many silly things he does!

Admiring our Christmas tree and testing his limits.

Christmas Eve at my G & G Albertson's.

Hard to move with all those layers.
It was a warm day so we went outside
to play in the snow.

Catching up on the news!

Taking a break and relaxing with G&G Komestakes.

Noah Update #2!

Noah was discharged tonight and we made it home around 8:30pm. After his nap this afternoon he was energized and ready to go! The Doc said he felt he was 50% better than last night and felt that he would be fine to go home and recuperate. He said he is contagious but only to kids 5 and under. So he will have to stay away from some of you for now. I think he said a through the end of the week?
So now we will just keep pushing the liquids and watch for signs of distress, etc. They said it would take about 2 weeks to get back to 100% again. Asthma is something we may have to discuss if he keeps struggling with the cough and labored breathing. R.S.V. can sometimes bring on Asthma and he did show signs of it from his lung x-rays. But we will cross that bridge when or if we need to.
He was a whole different kid this afternoon after getting some fluids and breathing treatments. He was back to our "little Noah Man"! I of course have to carry the camera everywhere we go so I added some pictures from the hospital to share with you.
Thank you again for all the calls, concerns and prayers. We appreciate the support we have from all of you. We will keep you posted and let you know if anything else changes. Bye for now, Erika

The crib they had reminded me of a jail cell, what do you think?
Here Noah is enjoying some Ranch Pringles.
This was while he was on a clear liquid diet.
Cory's thoughts "Let the kid eat"!

It was so good to see that smile again!

Noah update!

A quick update: Noah was admitted into the hospital (Breckenridge Hospital) last night and was not feeling good at all. He had been miserable for a few days and not eating or drinking. So he was very dehydrated. They pumped him full of fluids through the night and did tests this morning. He tested positive for R.S.V. and is being treated with antibiotics (they told us it was the "Cadillac" of antibiotics). His IV came out this morning only because it was not in very well. They did the best they could but with a screaming, wiggling, 17 month old that is a hard thing to do. Poor thing was so scared. They have not had to put it back in as of now, as long as he keeps drinking about 3 oz. an hour. So we are pushing the liquids as much as he will allow us. He is sleeping right now and that is why I was able to slip away for awhile. Dad is sleeping as well, surprise, surprise!!!! So we are waiting now for the Dr. to come back this evening and give us the next direction. We may come home tonight if all goes as planned or we will try for tomorrow sometime. Thanks for the prayers. We will keep you updated. Love, Erika and Cory

In Memory of "Emma"

Sadly, Emma is no longer with us. We unfortunately had to cut her life short today. It was such a hard thing to do as she was with us only 4 short years. She was not physically sick but was becoming to aggressive and we just couldn't take the chance of her hurting Noah or anyone else. Noah adored Emma but Emma didn't always feel the same way about him. One of Noah's first words was "Emma".
Emma loved the water and would retrieve the ball non-stop had we let her. She also was an amazing tree climber, she loved to chase small animals up the trees! She was a great dog and we will miss her greatly. We Love you Emma!

Lindig's Pumpkin Patch!

We spent some time this afternoon at the Lindig Farm. We went on a hay ride, checked out the animals and picked out some pumpkins. Noah was very excited when Cory put the pumpkin in the wagon with him. We bought 3 of them so we have some carving to do this next week.

Women Of Faith Conference!

We were in the cities this weekend for the Women of Faith Conference. Highly recommend it if you ever get the chance to go. We are already making plans again for October 2008!

HaPpY bIrThDaY gRaNdMa MaRy!

hi great grandma mary. noah here. i just wanted to say to you happy birthday! hope you had a fun day and i had fun playing at your house tonight. i like to get into all your pretties and you never get mad at me. i hear grandparents are like that though and that is what makes them so special. my mommy and daddy always say "no noah" and " noah stop". i even heard my mommy say the other day "noah adam reinertson" and it was in a weird voice. i think that means i am in trouble. don't get me wrong i love my mommy, sometimes she just needs to let me do my thing. i am just exploring, right? I knew you would understand grandma.
love you, noah

Leaves, Leaves, and More Leaves!

Noah loves to be outside and he had so much fun today playing in the leaves.
His big cousin Maddie, and Nevaeh raked a big pile up for them to play in.
He laughed as they were raking them up, he sure thought something about that was really comical.
We also made it to the park the other day. He just goes from one thing to the other. He pretty much just moves nonstop where ever he is. Noah's new name should read as "Noah Nonstop Reinertson"!

On a side note: Walking Update!
Still not happening.
He will stand no problem and has great balance most of the time. He takes 4-6 steps at a time if we encourage him but then it is down to his knees for that high speed crawl he has mastered.
We get pretty excited when he does take those steps, so we make all kinds of hoopla and clap for him. So now he knows that we do this and he started to clap for himself too! It is pretty cute.

Mommy's Birthday and My 1st Haircut!

Mommy had a birthday! I took her out to lunch, I invited my Great Grandma Mary, Great Grandma Bev, and Grandma Sheryl to come with us. I shared a Latte with my Mommy.

For Supper Daddy and I took her to Pizza Ranch and we invited all my cousins, aunts, uncles, and Grandparents.

Here I am getting my 1st haircut (not by choice of course) but I sat like a big boy and I have to admit I look pretty good!

What do you all think?

Grandpa Reinertson!

We met Lyle in Fargo when he was at Big Iron and Noah warmed up to him pretty quickly after not seeing him for awhile. He also gave Noah a very early Christmas Gift!

I think that Noah likes his barn. He fits inside of it as of now, but not for long.

Thanks Grandpa, come play with me again soon.

HELLO!

We haven't had to many photos to share lately but here are just a few that I have taken.
Keisha brought back Noah's swing and I hadn't put it away yet so Noah thought he should try it out again.
He figured out how to get it swinging himself. He took a tumble and then I put it away.
Love this picture!
Notice that Noah has his hand on Cory's shoulder.
